my uterus goes to war every month, you do feel like you have to shit cause the cramps are so bad, atleast for me, my favorit part are the savory clots that rear their ugly heads when you sit on the toilet, oh the joy's of womenhood ( oh and boobs cheers are AWESOME suzy)

Oh, as a tip.... there are certain foods you should steer clear from when you're on the rag to make it more bearable. Try to keep your sodium intake low, and don't eat a lot of red meat.... I'm trying to remember what else it was..... hahaha.... It's all shit I tend to stay away from anyway, since I eat mostly organic fresh produce and rarely eat meat.
