***JAWS music***

Damn, part of the reason I haven't been around much is that my stalker ex finds me EVERYwhere
He just found my new myspace (see i told ya suzy lol)
And IN will be next, then here if anyone has mentioned this place on their profiles...he manages to find the time to track me by going to other people's profiles and reading everything there to find me...
god and i was in such a good mood today, now im all depressed and shit. And im gonna have to delete my new myspace (ahhh who needs it anway)
BOO
and worse, no chocolate around at the moment to soothe my nerves lol

I have a crazy ex from when I lived in NOLA last summer. When I "broke up" with him (which was weird, since he was never my boyfriend in the first place), he went all psycho on me. I stopped talking to him back in like March (which really, I've only spoken to him two or three times since January), and he STILL tries to get in touch with me.

Thank god I have a new phone number, and he lives like 6 hours away from me. Now I just have to worry about running into him whenever I go back to visit, because he lives and works on Lower Decatur, where a lot of my favorite bars are. Fortunately he's a dumbass, and I'm sure that my boyfriend could whoop his tush.

Yeah see I really dont get the concept of chasing after someone who DOES NOT want ANYTHING to do with you lol
And sadly I dont have a bf to whoop anyone's tush

I had a girl tell me she loves me today and I've only talked to her for like a month. She has excellent stalker potential, methinks

I don't have stalker exes, just exes who always think I'm talking shit about them so they have their little lackies talk shit about me to my big brother and friends. It's pathetic. IMHO though maybe they're just upset because the pair in question couldn't tattoo their way out of a wet paper sack.

You've talked to me for way more than a month. Don't lie. It's been at least 2.

on the other hand, I do stalk Tad, and would totally lay down the lovin for him.

And Stan is always the reason my relationships fail; example: my marriage.

Omg, I know how you feel.... I've got a stalker-ex as well. He always finds me, online... I'm so glad he hasn't found my home yet, even though I've lived here for over 6 years now.
My ex got psychotic when I broke up... NB, this happened when I was 19... he STILL thinks we need to get back together, and everytime he's psychotic again and he found out my phonenumber he will call me every 5 minutes.

Pfffft exes, who needs them Twisted Evil

Well, you might want a stalker or you might not. If you want to regain your privacy and sense of safety, you could do worse than to start by reading a copy of "The Gift of Fear" by Gavin DeBecker. Check Amazon for it.

You could also stop using the same screen name, not use your photo for an avatar, etc. There's no reason you should have to hide, but the world isn't fair and you either want a problem with this person or you don't. Some people secretly revel in the attention of a stalker; I don't know you and have no idea if this is the case or not.

So overall, my advice is first, to reregister for all your favorite sites using a new email and new screen name, and no photos of yourself. You can use PM's to let all your trusted friends know your new information. And second, go buy that book. It'll change how you look at your personal security.

I've tried that and it never seems to work... they're my exes for a good reason. I guess I just hold grudges too much.

No, I definitely dont enjoy it..it saddens me having to hide myself and be basically censored in what I do. This last time he found me thru a former friend of mine who I still had on my myspace friends...so my fault on that one, I wasnt thinking sneakily enough I suppose.
But yes already ahead on your other advice...im deleting accounts and making new ones with a new email and without my face on the avs. and I have read that book in the past, some time ago actually..it really is a great book and touches on the subject of "intuition" and what it really is...and I'm in full agreement, I am very in touch with undercurrents going on and yes we pick up on things and ignore the danger signs a lot of the time, by not understanding or believing our own instincts. Thanks for reminding me about that btw Smile Ironically, my ex is the one who had me read that book....
